Harmony Palette does not collect any data. There is no account to create, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party code of any kind in the app. This is not a policy about how carefully we handle your information. There is no information to handle.

Your photographs

When you extract colors from a photo, the analysis runs entirely on your device. The image is read, clustered into its dominant colors, and discarded. It is never uploaded, never stored by us, and never sent anywhere. The app asks for photo library access solely so you can choose a picture to pull colors from, and for camera access solely so you can take one for the same purpose.

Your palettes

Palettes, folders, tags and favourites are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud and have Harmony Palette enabled there, they also sync between your own devices through your private iCloud database. That database belongs to your Apple Account. Apple holds it; we cannot see it, query it, or recover it. If you are not signed in to iCloud, everything simply stays on the device.

Purchases

Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment and tells the app whether the purchase is active. We never see your payment details, your name, or your email address. Restoring a purchase asks Apple, not us.

What leaves the device

Nothing to us. There is no server on our side and the app has no code that talks to one. The two connections it does make are Apple's own and go to Apple: iCloud, to sync your palettes to your other devices, and the App Store, to check whether Pro is active. When you export a palette or share an image, it goes wherever you send it, through the standard iOS share sheet, at the moment you choose to send it.

Children

The app is rated 4+ and is safe for any age, for the simple reason that it collects nothing from anyone, regardless of how old they are.

Changes

If this ever changes, the change will appear here with a new date, and any version of the app that collects something will say so on its App Store page before you install it.
